Is there anyway a reminder could be incorporated in the app design eg to alert every 30mins or so ?

2.08 stolen off me, my app froze and would not let me cancel the booking.

I swiped to stop parking after 20 minutes and should have only been charged 75 pence. I then got a text later on to tell me I was nearing the maximum stay of 2 hrs. There is clearly something wrong with the system as I have been over charged.
