Parking on St. Albans Road, LE2

Are you serious? This was an unmarked dirty filthy yard with no indication that you were the company who allowed me to park there. It was full of old tools and there was no way that I was gonna leave my vehicle there in that space absolute disgrace that you even take on such a space as the one that I paid for.

Could not find the place waste of £8.59 for parking and insurance. Will not be using them again. Think I should be reimbursed

I parked elsewhere. It looked derelict, and once parked would have been I secure and out of sight The site was a joke. Refund please.

Easy to find if you looked at your booking picture

Dreadful organisation. I arrived to find that the only way I could park was to block in 3 other cars. I rang the owner who advised "don't worry the other people are returning at the same time as you so you'll be fine." Lo and behold I returned to the car with 3 groups of very angry people who had been to the same event as me but had to wait 15 minutes until I arrived as my mum struggles to walk. Do not book this space, the owner can't be bothered to organise it properly and just wants to maximise his intake. Good job we hadn't booked until the next day or those people would have been livid.

There was no mention of how steep the access is and the conditions you will park in - ad said gates are locked but they were not and didn't lock - only good point was how close to de montfort Hall - I wouldn't recommend unless you have a 4x4

The space itself is easy to find and it fitted our car comfortably. It also fitted another 4 vehicles that just blocked each others access, which meant that we and others couldn't get out at the end of the night without waiting. T&C's are that users should be able to get out in a case of an emergency, and this parking area does not allow for that. I think the owner should rethink the reliability of their space because I'm sure I won't be the first person requesting a refund.

There were 3 cars already there and driveway was so steep that it damaged my car, so couldn’t even park there. Complete waste of money

Awful space. Cars parked on the road outside space, so I couldn’t turn in or reverse out. The parking space was a dump, worried that I would burst a tyre. Very disappointed and I didn’t park there. Not impressed at all

The only concern I had was that when I returned to my car someone was parked in front of me, so I couldn't leave. As it turned out, the person arrived a short time later, so wasn't a problem.
