Exchange Building Car Park

It was not the easiest to find the entrance and when in it was so dark you couldn't see the spaces or space numbers. The location was great and it was cheap and perfect for what we needed. It was flooded which wasn't great as we had to walk through a lot of puddles to leave and enter and also alot of the Just Park spaces were blocked off due to the flooding. I would use it again, but less confident drivers might not feel safe parking there

Ridiculously tight ramp ,dark, dingy,flooded, no adequate lighting,walking in the dark,signage wasn't clear,felt vulnerable, poor pictures and description nothing like the place at all.Was like a scene from a horror film before someone gets stabbed.

One of the sketchiest places I've ever parked. Absolutely pitch black apart from a couple poorly lit motion lights. I couldn't see anything. As a female I did not feel safe coming down into the car park. It was also flooded despite it not raining much over the past few days so my shoes got soaked as the water was at least a couple inches deep. Some areas I couldn't walk through without wellies. It was scary to drive back up the ramp to leave as the space is so small and steep. I didn't feel comfortable driving up and down in my tiny car. I will be avoiding this place in the future. Location was good but not worth risking my safety for again. The lights that do come on are incredibly dim and I had to use my phone torch to find my car as it was so dark. I brought someone down to escort me to my car as anyone could be hiding down there. The spaces are not clearly marked and there was "just park" space on the wall. No numbers like it says on the advert.

I do not recommend anyone to choose this even it's free. Your car might get scratches while trying to go down the ramp and omg it was nightmare coming out from the parking space as there was steep slop i have never experienced before. Strictly no

I used your service on 17/2/24 in Leicester and to say I am upset is a total understatement. When I arrived and opened the gate I was shocked at how narrow it was to get my car down the ramp, I could see lots of cars had scraped the edge of the wall and when I say lots I mean LOTS, after negotiating the ramp and getting to the bottom I couldn’t believe how dirty, flooded and badly lit it was, the place was absolutely FILTHY!!!! The signage was terrible where to park and the exit signs were non-existent but I did finally find my way out. On return to the car park I was panicking of how I was going to get my car out without scratching it, after much time trying to get up the ramp I did scratch my car on the front left wing, it was impossible for me to get out of car park without this happening. I know it is my own fault but you really need to let customers know how difficult it is to get in and out of the car park.

Very tight entrance to the car park. Struggled even in my tiny car. Felt unsafe, poorly lit (had to use my torch on my phone) and was 1 inch deep in water.

The car park was very difficult going in and out of. My car got stuck because the ramp was so steep.

Flood on floor for all just park spaces. Impossible to find numbers Lighting poor and very dark. Lots of concrete pillars just glad I have a clip Will never ever use it again
