Exchange Building Car Park

Bad experience

The ramp to the car park was very hard to negotiate with a SUV. The bend is very sharp and I had to reverse uphill a few times to get round it.

extremely small entrance, very difficult to enter. I almost scratched my car even though I'm generally considered a skillful driver. And my car is of average size. DO NOT COME!! There are plenty of street parking that are much easier.

access was impossible, could not get in at all, angles for downward ramp were terrible

Parking entrance not signed and difficult to find. I was also given wrong pin number which necessitated a support call. That said, parking spacious, secure and good value.

Extremely tight but n getting down to a very dark and slightly scary dungeon like basement parking. Don't think I would've liked to have parked there in the dark as that would freak me out. Would not recommend this if you are alone or a Woman as it's not in the nicest area albeit it is close to town. Aldi be sure you notice the key pad 1/2 way up towards the exit. If you miss it, like we did, you are flummoxed as to how you will get out of there. Thank goodness we eventually found it. Sorry guys, it's a never again for us

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. ..this "car park" is an absolute joke. I can't believe it is actually advertised as such.. I have never seen anything quite like it before. It is inaccessible in my opinion. I think the only way you could negotiate the incredibly tight angle is on foot or on a bike...its ridiculous... I have now got to have the damage repaired to my car where I have quite a large scrape on the passenger door when i tried to reverse out after realising that it was impossible to drive into. ..Just Park, please take this off your books.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS....pay a few extra pounds and use the NCP car park around the corner...

Good value Secure Easy to use

Directions and price were excellent. A previous warning regarding, the very narrow ramp and tightly bending at right angles with walls below driver’s view. I elected not to go in. I’m sure many may well use this on a regular basis, but with a new ( to me) automatic estate car ,I didn’t feel comfortable attempting the ramp way. So found somewhere else’s to park.

Ramp looked too steep. Didn't want to take a risk and make my medium sized car pass through that. I had to book another car park nearby.
