Exchange Building Car Park

The most awful and hazardous car park I have ever parked in, also the views of others that we spoke to in the car park. Never again.

Finding the car park was easy with the instructions given, but pedestrian access to the building was more difficult.

Location was good but car park entrance was absolutely tiny. I only drive an older style qashqai which now has nice scratches on it thanks to incredibly tight spaces and turning points. I did take out insurance but apparently that was cancelled and refunded before i went. Wouldnt use this car park again.

Poorly lit, inadequate space resulting in damage to both sides of my car. Concrete pillars are in the way …. Honestly the worst car park I have ever visited.

The code I was given did not work. Same happened to another client at the same time. I was let in by a resident, found my way down to the garage and opened the door from the inside using a push button designed for exiting. Ramp and parking is cramped, so don't even consider it unless you're driving a medium to small vehicle.

Arrived at the parking garage to find that the code didn't work. Called the number provided but the option for being locked out told me to wait until office hours the next day, which was absolutely useless. Called again and used the cannot exit option instead and was texted a code. So now with access to the parking garage I entered only to find an incredibly tight u-turn ramp which from all the scrapes on the wall shows it is too tight for most saloon cars. On the way out I managed to add a scrape to the walls. All in all, I would avoid this parking option. It might seem cheap, but unless you have a small car, the repair bill makes in uneconomical.

I got to parking spot, the code you given me didnt work, 6 times I attempted and ended up parking in nearest NCP car park. Avoid just park like the plague, there is no contact number, no help, robbed of money. Just bear in mind if your a woman and looking for secure parking, This company is not for you. Terrible service. AVOID

the code i was given to get into the car park didn’t work so i was stuck outside. Luckily someone came with a fob so i was able to get in. The spaces were not lit and it wasn’t obvious at all where i was supposed to park. I again couldn’t get back to my car when i wanted to leave due to my code not working that i was emailed.

Simple to locate and easy access. Slight issue with access but a phone call to the call centre provided the correct access code. I would use again.
