Parking on Duke Street, LE1

So, I should've exercised some survival thinking when I saw the reviews, and I wish they were an exaggeration. Small/medium cars, I was like okey my renault Zoe is a small car. The ditch was barely the fit for the car, I didn't scratch it thank god. But when I entered it was pretty dark and I couldn't even reverse properly into the park bay because the wall was close to the white pillers. I would say avoid this park spot unless you have a Peel P50.

good place to park for a tigers game however is very narrow VERY but i went in a 16 plate fiesta did have to fold in my mirrors but very secure as gated and felt happy leaving my car there i didn't understand the bad reviews. it is narrow yes but specs are listed in the description so just don't book if you don't fit it's obvious

Could not find space so phoned owner for help but never answered and didn’t phone back at all after leaving message

I booked this space and although the space is tight to access as stated I struggled in my small car, the site was not secure as the gate to access was half open and there was someone sleeping in the corner of the car park, I drove my car straight out as I felt it was not safe to leave it there

Got my expensive car scratched, too tight space. very sad, had to leave as soon I managed to get in through the front gate, forget the arch

Very tight for my car Mercedes C class. Also one evening some shady types smoking cannabis in what I believed to be a secure site.

Didn't stay, tight as a drum getting in, too tight access to the parking space, little room too manoeuvre, useless.

Happy to find a gated space. However accessing the space involved sharp turn and then lining up to go down a narrow steep ramp, a sharp turn and then lining up to pass through two pillars. My car, a Kia ev Niro 2022 model, is 1805mm wide to edge of wing mirrors (5 foot 11 inches) - I had a max of 30mm space from wing mirrors to wall. Tight. To be fair the parking description says 'small and medium cars' but I consider myself medium! To sum up, safe secure and not for faint hearted! Would I go again - probably yes!

The entrance is so narrow that I was not even able to enter the parking lot and my car is a small Toyota Yaris cross. Just waisted money and still had to look for alternative parking as was not risking to scratch my car

Unvetted parking location. Unresponsive landlord contact and you are unable to get a refund as the allowed timelines was past.
