Springfield Mount Car Park

I don't like to leave negative reviews BUT upon arrival at the parking lot, we discovered that ALL bays were taken up by random cars. Called the generic assistance phone number which went nowhere. Waited a short while to see if they were cars where their current parking session was just ending but also we could not afford to be late. Sadly, moved off to park elsewhere. Defeats the whole point of booking and paying in advance if you then have to scramble to find a new parking space when you actually arrive. Twice the cost and twice the stress.

There was no space, 4 cars already parked in space of three, nowhere to turn around, exit blocked by another car. Phoned the customer service and was offered space further away if I paid extra. I would have missed the appointment if I went to other parking. Left the car outside on single yellow and went for appointment. Submitted claim for refund.

Parking space was tricky to find also front of parking space was covered in litter bins over flowing and the smell was awful! on arrival bays are not clear and two spaces were taken up by one car price was good but the state of the place was disgusting!

A BMW was blocking the entry so I couldn't access the space. I called the helpline who were EXTREMELY unhelpful and I'm very unhappy with this. I was given no contact details for the owner of the car park, even over the phone. I want a full refund as I was late to my appointment because of this b

Good location close to venue but was stated there was 3 bays to park in but only 2 bays on arrival

Confused at first as the sign didn't say just park on. But spoke to a passer by who informed me I was in the right place. Fully recommend, cheaper than these multi storeys!

When I got to the spot there was already a black pickup parked in it so I just had to park on the street outside, the black pickup left at the same time as me aswell so had likely been to the same gig at Stylus, seems the parking space was double booked

there was no signs to show the parking I used the photos to identify it. also there was a holes in the ground with a guard on top, but we were able to park

There are 2 entrances to the drive which is a crescent but one was blocked by another car on our exit and a parked van inside blocked our entrance on the way in although we used the alternative entrance. The site pic shows a car blocking one entrance too. 'Don't block this entrance' signs should be put up at both entrances imo. Thanks.
