Crown Residence Car Park

Access was a bit of a mare. The codes didn’t work and I had to phone for a one time code to park. Which made collecting the car a bit stressful

The entry code didn't work so I had to try the "single use" PIN both when parking and when retrieving my vehicle (so it's clearly not single use). More annoyingly, when I came to collect my car & drive off, there were two vehicles parked along the wall opposite the spaces, and I could only just get out with quite a bit of very careful wiggling. Not recommended and not going to use these spaces next time I'm in Leeds. Still gets three stars cos it's secure (almost too secure!!), well lit and easy to find.

Not good experience. When I arrived at parking entrance it was shuttered. There was a panel on the walk to enter a pin. No idea what this was. The website errored when I selected to unlock pin. Took about 10 minutes for someone to answer my call all the while waiting on double yellows.

the underground unit was blocked by badly parked cars, so I couldn't actually get access however parked in the other section of the car park no issues.

Had to use the emergency code to enter as the main code didn't work.

couldn't get in with the code provided. couldn't get though on the number provided by just park as it doesn't open until 8am had to use the emergency code, same on the way out. has happened the last two times at the site. Needs to be sorted

Very tricky to find and poorly signposted. The code wouldn't work - eventually found the 'emergency code' at the bottom of the JustPark description. Good parking space otherwise.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I pre-booked a parking space ahead of a very important appointment, only to arrive and find there was no space available. When I contacted customer service, I was told people had “overstayed” and that there was nothing they could do except offer me parking three miles away—with no guarantee of availability there either. Completely unacceptable. The customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive, offering only a refund and no real solution. The whole experience caused me serious stress and anxiety, and completely disrupted my day. What’s the point of pre-booking if they can’t actually guarantee a space? This company clearly has no reliable system in place and zero accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid if your time and peace of mind matter to you.
