Easy parking although had to phone hotel at barrier to open for a bus and ourselves on leaving despite putting in the code.

Can't fault the location or security for a city centre location... BUT on trying to leave the open barrier on the app and the pin code didn't work and had to wait for a customer of the hotel to give me their pin code a different code from mine.
Sort this out and I would use again.
