Only leaving one star as can't leave zero. Couldn't find space and owner didn't answer phone and hasn't replied to email so couldn't use space on the night. Had to get refund through JustPark. Avoid this space - not worth the hassle.

complete waste of money. Difficult to find the property. definitely not on Ash road. Owner not contactable/ doesn't care to respond on that phone number. had to park at another property.
definitely do not recommend and will never use again.

Driveway very tight for larger cars but quick walk to stadium

Booked this spot for the Leeds cricket test match. Excellent safe spot, a short walk from the stadium. Easy to find, easy to get away after the game. Would definitely use again.
