I parked at the Clarence St car park but unfortunately I parked on the wrong side of the gate and incurred a £100 fee payable to PCM. I appealed on the grounds that I attempted to phone both Just Park and PCM in order to verify that I was in the correct space, but was met with voicemails. I appealed to PCM and they have either sent me a cut and pasted reply or ignored the circumstances I set out. I have no quarrel with Just Park but am very disappointed with PCM, but I don't suppose Just Park has any connection with PCM?

didn't get any designated spot upon arrival as stated and ended up with a £40 parking fine. Need to be more clearer for your next customer. Very annoyed.
