We are within walking distance to the Princess Royal University Hospital, which is convenient for anyone wishing to park all day whilst working, or visiting the hospital. There is usually someone at home all day, and if we are unable to be at home, there are electronic gates that we can close. Toilet facilities are available if we are in the property.

Booked this place for the whole day as was working at local hospital. Only 5-7 minutes walk to PRUH. Lovely homeowner - easy to find and just no hassle! Will definitely book again when going to PRUH.

I was visiting someone at the Princess Royal University Hospital. I live 50-odd miles away, and wondered about parking: the hospital itself says on its website that parking is problematical and suggests you come via public transport....
So I booked this parking slot, and it was great: 5 minutes' stroll from the hospital, drive in the gate, to be confronted by 3-abreast parking slots, turn round (turning circle provided), leave preprinted ticket on the dash, walk away. After visit, walk back, get in car, drive off. Couldn't be simpler.
And it was about half the price of a similar period in the hospital's own car park - which had quite a few people driving around looking for an empty slot.
