The only thing in this park's favour is its proximity to the John Smiths Stadium.
The access road is full of litter and junk.
It is used by many local supporters to park free of charge.
Getting out after the game was impossible until all other traffic had cleared.
Find somewhere else.

Would be better if the instructions told you to park at the rear of the property (down a small lane) and large(r) numbers would help identify the property.
