Parking on Whitton Road, TW3

Good. BUT, not cheap parking !

Unfortunately I was not able to park in the space I booked. Another car that had also booked had parked badly and not followed the instructions and therefore did not leave enough space for my car. This was no fault of the owner who was really apologetic and I appreciated the way he dealt with things that were out of his control as he was out when the first car parked. I would give the owner 5 stars and had I been able to park would have given the whole experience 5 stars

Very very poor No space available when I arrived. Two other cars parked. No response to request for reimbursement as yet.

Very poor. Owner on holiday and had parked their car on their drive meaning it was impossible me to park. It was solved in the end (thank you) but I had to speak first to their tenant and then to the owner on the phone, then move their car myself (using spare keys) to make room for mine. Another person who had also booked a space on the same drive had to park elsewhere. Very stressful with a rugby match to attend. The owner told me on the phone he had not received a notification of any booking on the app.
