1. Overall it was slightly difficult to get to the visitors parking.
2. There should be an option to pay by Cash, instead of just App/online. Removing the choice of how to pay is discriminatory towards less able bodied to say the least.
3. Directions were not very clear, even other drivers were struggling to see clear zone and spaces markings. Thanks.
3. As a mobility impaired driver but no disabled badge for parking, visitors car parking spaces are a long distance to walk.

There should be understanding when people come to vista centre they come to do their work not always everyone has good day and sum time pay for hour but if work not done it's goes more than hour. And by mistake forgets to put the second hour charge. In this case I was send ticket of 60£.
I applied and told the situation no help.
