Great location near station. Description of where to park could be clearer but was obvious for us as other cars parked diagonally and was only was only one space. If empty someone may park more inconsiderately and take up more spaces.

Price is ok, location is close to Gatwick Airport ( 30 minutes walking)
After leaving my car for two weeks it was full of tree leaves which took a lot of effort to get rid off.
Parking space is not indicated and does not help when the owner does not reply to phone call or txt messages.
You can use it if you are whiling to give your car a full cleaning after using the parking space

+ Close to the airport (5 min by cab) , safe location.
- Bird droppings all over the car since the space is right below the trees.

Owner very friendly. I parked there 3 weeks so my battery died . The owner helped me to start a car. Really very good place , close to Horley station and Gatwick.

Car was covered in leaves and moss, took ages to come off my car. Do not park here if you have a convertible it stayed on my roof for ages regardless them providing with a car cover as it falls off with wind
