There was no Just Park car park at Holyhead port, the directions said near to a certain pub which had changed its name, several other people were looking for car park as well, we ended up leaving our car on a public road for 3 days, not ideal, very disappointed

Pre booked carpark. When arrived all spaces were full. Told to find alternative parking and would receive a refund. Not heard back from anyone and haven’t received a refund. Awful service.

Service obviously worked and booking was easy, but you need to check your instructions. The pub used as a reference has a new name. Also no room in designated car park. We found an overflow, but this not mentioned by you. So I spent the weekend hoping I hadn't been fined!

The 'address' of the parking in holyhead on the site was unclear. There was another car trying to find indication if we were in the right place.
Additionally what happens when there is no space...? There is no time to drive somewhere else and return in time for the ferry.
