Stena Line Holyhead - Black Bridge - Long stay (pre book)

The two car parks had big signs "Car Park 1 " and "Car Park 2" it would have been useful to have had this on our directions email. It was not easy working out where we were supposed to park.

Unexpectedly easy to book (first time I've used this service), although it doesn't guarantee you a spot in this particular very small car park - I was lucky in the end to get what was probably the last free spot at about 7am. Also, you don't get a "ticket" as such to display on your car, so I was a bit uneasy relying on JustPark to tell the authorities at the port in Holyhead in case I got fined, as there was nothing to show I'd paid, but it seems to have worked just fine. Also, paying for 3 days in advance like this was a tiny little bit cheaper than paying for 3 days on the day at the car park machine. As there are no space reservations, you pay in advance and take a chance that there might not be any free spaces on the day. That said, my first time experience with JustPark was good and it's quite likely I'll use them again in future.

Easy to sort out

I pre-booked parking at Holyhead Stena long stay parking. The online booking was easy to do and straightforward. On arrival we found a free parking space without any problems. We arrived 1 hour earlier than expected so I tried to change my booking to reflect this. Unfortunately I was unable to change this as there is no option to do so on the app. I rang the Justpark phone line but I could not speak to a human. I ended up paying £5 for a 12 hours parking as there was no option to pay for 1 hour at the ticket machine. Otherwise ok.

Easy booking and near to Port. No hassle parking

Found ok but number didn't match my booking but I parked anyway Found out later it was fine

Reasonable price and conveniently close to check in.
