Great space, 2 minutes walk into holt centre

We liked being parked close to the property we were renting as there was no parking at the cottage itself.
However a resident from the car park we were using complained about us parking there. Apparently the private car park concerned, is for residents only, and a clause in their residential contracts excludes letting out parking spaces.

Challenged by neighbours why I was parking there, so would have been good if the owner had let them know they rented space out. Other than that, it is a great and safe location.
