I felt extremely exhausted and it was good to stop in a safe place for a rest before continuing my journey. However 2 hours was a very short time for recovery and I accidentally stayed just 10-15 minutes over this time and have had to pay £15. Fee parking for 3 hours would have been kinder or an incremental payment scheme where under an hour over the time costs just £5 for example. It turns out that I have paid the same as someone parking all day.
