Should be no stars. No information given about access through security gates or which numbered parking space to park in. Owner did not answer email or return phone calls. So unable to park in space.

Not good I'm afraid. The booking system was slick and feedback was good. However the actual booking was a disaster. How often are the people who provide the spaces are reviewed I wonder. How do you know if they don't exist? Alternative parking on the day of Henley was £34. When you are on a budget, this hurts.
