I was lucky to find the last space but exiting my car was difficult because of the size of the vehicles either side of me.

We required a disabled parking slot. We only counted four disabled slots which were taken. In general all slots on tarmac were too narrow and we had to park at the furthest extremity of the car park just to have room to vacate our vehicle. I had also paid for three hours and needed to extend my time by one hour. I couldn't find a way to do this in the App. I had to extend to a full 24 hours! Why? Finally why do you levy a 30 pence charge for each parking transaction?

It's not your problem, but the machine for coins and contactless wasn't taking the whole number plate. Odd letters weren't working.

kept getting stupid messages on the app which meant I could only pay by advance booking the space. Huge delay getting to my appointment as a result. could put cash in parking machine as had to enter registration. The letter B button was not working on the machine!
