The space is located at
the rear of the flat, benefits include: prime central location, 2 minute walk
from the high street and seafront, 10 minute walk from train station and close
to the historic castle. Car parking permits are required in the Square at a cost
of £75pa with no guarantee of a space. Often the square is completely packed. If
you don't have a permit, you can pay on a meter if you are lucky enough to find
a space but this works out very expensive. I'm offering a private space, with
guaranteed parking for a very reasonable price. The minimum booking time
preferred is one month. The parking space is on my driveway, secure and private.
