Rather surprised to find on return the whole car park was fenced off and the entrance blocked !
Fortunately a note gave a mobile number which fetched a security guard in a couple of minutes who let me out. He was rather disparaging about Just Park and as he said a heads up would have been nice

On return we could not access the car park (or our car) as the area had been completely sealed off with security fencing and it took several phone calls to a security company before we could get get someone out to unlock the gate and allow us entry.

Space was easy to find. On arrival there were signs about paying online which concerned us slightly, fearing we might be charged separately via CCTV/ANPR but we trusted the process and there were no issues.

Convenient location 10 minutes bus ride from Heathrow T2. Well lit and easy to find. Great price. Only down side was the boom on the entry and exit gates were missing so I drove in and out without being sure my registration was registered on camera. Provided I don't get a retrospective fine, I was very happy with the experience and would use again.
