Excellent - a 5-star experience

Nothing on the app I could see to open the barrier. Confused, ended up taking a ticket. Nearly had to pay twice. Only got in and out thanks to an understanding guy on duty in the car park. Won't be using the app again after today. Too stressful.

Arrived at barrier and no green button in App to open barrier . Was unable to exit cat park next day as the car park operators advised that Just Park did not have a contract with them and Just Park had miss-sold us parking . After a 30 minute delay and discussion we had to pay the car park operators at Gloucester Quays £12.00 to exit in addition to the £12.00 we were charged by Just Park.

Please contact me .. I was not able to use this service as the green button did not appear even after speaking to one of the team at the contact centre after the first booking did not work resulting in us having to pay each day !

I was about 5 minutes late leaving and was charged the full amount a second time

App did not work had to pay to park. As of yet have not had a refund. Just park caused a lot of agrivation and nearly tuined my holiday.

Booking was easy. Arriving at the multi-storey was easy. Finding the entrance barrier was easy. Getting in WAS IMPOSSIBLE using the app. Had to buy another ticket to get in. Waiting for JustPark to respond and to refund the original booking costs, so only 1 star at present.
