I had problems working my mobile phone, sorting card details and navigating the payment method, Google pay etc so I was already parked by time I could pay and system would not let me put in my original arrival time. However, once I got to grips with the whole thing it was actually straight forward.

Easy to book, parked at Asda Govan to go to a gig at Bellahouston park. 10 minutes walk, but so easy to get in and out of gig where regular parking is difficult - this was no hassle.

It was an Asda carpark, so no issues with facilities.
The directions from your link didn't take us to Asda, so we needed to check with Asda customer services that it was indeed the right carpark. Other than that, easy parking.
