I booked the space for one of our cars that wasn't suitable for the low emission zone in Glasgow. I tried to change it to our other car but this was apparently not allowed. There appears to be no good reason as to why I couldn't change the reg number on my booking other than to make things difficult and lead to me making a whole separate booking and waste some money.

Car park was easy to find and it felt safe to leave our car overnight. Although you take a ticket to gain access the numberplate is read and it is this that lets you leave the car park rather than your ticket

First time using just park and all went relatively smoothly. I was unable to enter the building at the end of my visit as I did not have a QR code. Still not sure where I would find this. But I waited a few minutes and a couple from Dubai helped me into the building !

Parking was fine but unfortunately I forgot to apply my 50% discount code when paying. Just Park will not honour it after payment, even though I emailed soon after and asked them to. Shame as I am sure they could do it if they wanted to.
