First time using just park and all went relatively smoothly. I was unable to enter the building at the end of my visit as I did not have a QR code. Still not sure where I would find this. But I waited a few minutes and a couple from Dubai helped me into the building !

Parking was fine but unfortunately I forgot to apply my 50% discount code when paying. Just Park will not honour it after payment, even though I emailed soon after and asked them to. Shame as I am sure they could do it if they wanted to.

On way out the barrier didn't open to let us leave. Contacting support they were rude and said we had not paid! I told them we booked via the app but he refused to listen and hung up on me. Never again !
