We reached the parking place in time. However there was no padlock or key visible in the allotted area. We called the owner of the paring lot and he directed us to 2 padlocks which contained keys. However the keys did not work and we could not open the lock of the bar fixed on the parking lot. We therefore could not park our vehicle having number LP72YSE. Please refund 4.98 GBP to the
