This was entirely unsatisfactory on a number of levels.
We were given a parking ticket on the basis we reparked our car within an hour of leaving. This is untrue - we parked for less than two hours and did not leave and return. CCTV will prove this. Clearly this car park is not equipped to leverage app technology.
In addition, the spaces are too small.
