New Forest Water Park Car Park

Didn't actually have to pay due to the season ending, however the bit of paper on the machine was very small compared to the massive signs saying pay by app that were visible from the whole car park before you got anywhere near the machine. No reference to the pay machine or no need to pay on the massive pay app signs.

Rubbish. 2 hour increments only at a site that has 2 hour activities. Was there for 2 hours 10 minutes but had to pay for four hours Also should be free as in the middle of nowhere

There was another car parked over the lines so i struggled to get out of my car

Ripped off- the signs say parking monitored 24 hours, yet once parked and you walk to the reception you find a small sign that says payment only required at weekends. The app however happily takes your money!

Road to the car park is very bumpy lots of pot holes

Disgusting make sure when booking a parking space the app doesn't change your car to the vehicle registration on your account after entering another vehicles registration! £50 parking ticket after paying for parking!!

Hi I put the reg in WV61LLE and for some reason it says I paid for a Toyota Tuscan with a totally different reg. Only noticed this when I got a parking ticket come through today. Is there anything you can do to help. thanks

I don't think you should have started charging. its a great day out but expensive for families and to add parking on top, when there is no option to park elsewhere, is unfair and excessive. plus if you must charge this app charges 20p for text and emails which is v greedy. other apps do not charge that

It’s a parking space you have to pay for, For somewhere you’ve already paid to be at.
