The parking space is sufficient for a big 4*4. And Jitisha went above and beyond in ensuring that the communication was clear and was always prompt to respond.
Our incoming flight was rescheduled by more than 6 hours and from the time we informed the host about the situation she ensured that we had the update on any further booking which may have been made in that time period.
She again contacted the service provider to move the booking to another location since we were delayed further.
Would definitley book again if flying out from Terminal 4 (or even 5!). Thanks
