45 minute walk to the RD&E Hospital, 30 minute walk to Exeter City centre (or two minute walk to bus stop!). 10 minutes drive to Exeter airport or Exeter University (transfers can be arranged at a reasonable fee). The spaces would suit someone working in the city looking to save on parking costs (approx half city centre car park fees) or, someone looking to save on airport parking costs, or, who is resident at the University but unable to park there. The spaces are in a quiet residential area which is overlooked so very safe. Large drive area so dropping off/collecting your vehicle is not a problem and parking for large vehicles not a problem.

Ideal location for parking my van whilst helping my daughter move into uni accommodation where there was zero allocated parking. Wendy was lovely. Parking space plenty big enough for a campervan. Felt very safe to park there so I could relax and enjoy seeing the sights of Exeter. Highly recommended *****
