Great location for Exeter University. Just a short walk up the steps. Quiet residential area. Easy to find. The Road entrance single and is to the right of the long brick wall.

Had to drive around a little to find the road as the entry looks like a driveway itself. Once i found the road it was easy to find the house. The driveway is quite steep and i was worried about my handbrake. But great spot to walk into the university.
