great location, but a bit of a faff
firstly Google Map directions using the link in the confirmation email won't get you to the parking spot. instead you need to read the text directions and manually set a destination in Maps.
second the instructions go on to say that you need to phone the owner on arrival. he then comes out to move his van which is in the parking space.
I'd use this space again, but it should be much simpler
