Very upset that I was told that I owed money when I didn't. System was chaotic. Good and easy when I booked but arriving at venue, it was confusing. Manager said machines at Chase Farm did not link up with Just Park so left not knowing if I would get a fine for a confirmed parking space. Unnecessarily stressful. Needs to be a simple link betw booking and your system.

It was really easy to book it. No stress with running time can extend over phone in case you need longer. Car park just opposite hospital main entry. Very happy
