When I arrived, the space was occupied. It turns out that road parking in the area is free and unlimited and so there is no point is booking this space.

Rubbish!!! Turned up and the parking space for was occupied. I tried calling the owners number to see what was going on and no answer. First time I've used this service and it will be my last!!!!
