Excellent location for traveller. Plenty of space as its part of the station parking. Down site was you have to take a ticket and present to the attendance to get it varified before you leave. Unfortunately I waited 20 minute call the number provided at the parking area, press help call from the station ticket machine but no attendance. Manage to sort out fairly quick following speaking to justpark ( number provide from the booking) have to paid upfront but got refund next day which is brilliant!

once again I had to wait for a member of staff to return to the office to allow me to exit the car park. when I called the mobile number today he said he was out on "inspection" and would return in about 5 minutes time! did he.. well no it was at least 15 minutes. on Monday it was the same thing the office was closed & when I phoned then I was told that the left hand gate was open & I was just to leave

The good: location is central, car park is attached to Waverly Station and has barrier entry. Gate is manned (fine once you work out where the booth is!) and car park has cctv. Staff members I spoke to in the booth upon arrival and departure were helpful. Indoor and outdoor spaces available. Booking through Justpark was cheaper than paying the normal car park rates. The bad: provided postcode was one letter off (have the doors moved round the corner due to a new building?) which was highly confusing as I don't know the area well. Didn't see much in the way of signage for the car park itself, and nothing to indicate whether it could be used for JustPark bookings. I couldn't find any car park staff other than in the one manned booth when I eventually located it (lower level, off to the left side by the exit barrier) Although cheaper than on-the-day prices, I'd still say the pricing was quite steep. Additionally, regarding JustPark itself rather than the car park, I'd just like to note that I thought it was mad that I couldn't view my booking on my phone anymore once it became active, rendering the app mostly useless.

Had an awful experience here on Saturday night. Despite being advertised as having 24/7 staff, when we arrived back at the car park at 11:35pm to get the parking ticket validated (so we could leave), the office was shut up tight. A sign on the door gave a mobile number to contact to summon the attendant back. I tried calling that number more than 10 times over the next half hour - each time it went straight to voicemail, and the voicemail inbox was full so I could not leave a message. Another couple was also there, and they drove around the entire car park, shouting out of their window for the attendant. My friend and I searched the floor where the office is on foot, again shouting for the attendant, with no reply at all. Eventually in desperation, we phoned Police Scotland who advised us that as we had paid for the parking in advance, the only option was to exit the car park however we could, and take it up with APCOA after the fact. We were able to manually raise one of the barriers, and exit that way. I contacted APCOA immediately on Sunday morning with full details, and I asked for a reply at their earliest convenience. Well, it's now Tuesday afternoon and they haven't bothered their shirts to reply to my e-mail, never mind phone me. I am utterly disgusted at this total lack of customer service, as well as the complete inability to provide the service they advertised. If you're planning to use this car park for "out of hours" times, I wouldn't bother.
