Hotel parking, quite a narrow multi story with a shared up/down ramp between levels. Lacking in disabled spaces and is also open to public so it looks like there could be a chance there are no spaces free even if you book? Requires a ticket on entry which you validate at the hotel reception upon leaving, nake sure to have your booking ID

The ticketing system was confusing - I don't think k my ticket was validated so although I exited the open barrier I am worried the car park thinks I haven't paid!!!

Booking via website was straight forward, and exact location shared on Google maps so it was easy to find. When you get there, there is a sign telling you to go to reception to have ticket validated. You then have to show reception your booking as it doesn’t appear they have access to your booking. Upon leaving, ‘validating’ the ticket does nothing as barrier doesn’t read number plate, you have to buzz up to reception, who then need you to reverse your car so they can see number plate on the camera- which is a pain when there is a queue behind you. It just seems low tech and more effort on the paying customer when really the staff should be able to manage the parking given the amount being paid.
