Radisson Blu Edinburgh Car Park

I paid in full in advance online for my parking but had to pay £7 to get out of the car park after less than 2 hours of my 4.5 hours booking. Several other people there also had to pay to get out despite having prepaid. Won’t use again.

Directions and address were incorrect

Accidentally put in my own car reg in place of the hire car I was using. 10 mins later tried to change and couldn't! Tried to call and couldn't speak to anyone, usual customer service that sends you round in circles or talk to a bot. Had to rebook with correct reg, total joke and rip off.

The space was right next to our accommodation and the price was okay for central Edinburgh.

Very safe secure car park, easy to find, great location. Only problem was phone getting no signal upon exiting the car park so couldn't open the barrier via the app. Had to get passenger to get out the car, walk out the car park until signal returned, then open the barrier.

Easy and convenient at a very reasonable rate, with many spots to select from.

The open barrier button on app didn’t work so had to take a ticket to enter the car park. On exiting 26 hours later we passed by the hotel reception (we weren’t staying there) and they said the Just Park button on app never works. This would be fine if you knew in advance. In the meantime you spend your trip with a nagging thought that you may need to pay twice for your parking. The car park itself was great - secure, central and easy.
