When I went to exit the car park I was directed to the pay machine. This wasn’t working so I had to repark my car, go up 3 floors to reception to basically be told this always happens. Also, I could have parked here for less money had I just showed up, so JustPark has pocketed a fee in addition to the parking charge and ended up costing me more money. Would never use again

Our hotel booking was cancelled 23.5 hours before our parking was due to start and therefore too late to cancel our booking. So frustrating when it was outwith our control

It was perfect except for a couple of things.
We didn't need the open barrier button on the app as we had to take a ticket and then get it validated before leaving at the reception of the hotel
Also it wasn't clear and I was looking for the Open barrier button for a very long time which didn't appear until it was time for us to come back and wasn't needed at this park.
Just the instructions need to be more accurate on the app and specific for the site so people don't waste their time and get confused and stressed for no reason.
But really otherwise it was perfect.
The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating and treat you with respect so next time I come to Edinburgh I will be staying at the hotel.

Ideal location for all amenities, car par well lit decent size spaces, only small blip when exiting door/barrier very slow to open and had to activate twice before it did open

App didn't work as described, had to get ticket and go into hotel to have ticket validated. Car park very tight entrance/exit, spaces tight.

Location didn't work to open barrier. Car park full so wouldn't give a ticket. On the whole it was just a fair bit of hassle for me arriving and leaving

Booking process was very good, however the auto barrier button on the app did not work so we blocked the car park entrance and created an agitated queue while we worked out what to do. Communication up to that point was very good but we were left with no information or assistance at a critical point in the process
