Q Park Capital Square Edinburgh

Sat Nav took me to approx location but not entrance. Eventually entered via the Sheraton Hotel car park. Not sure if this is designated route. If so should be better sign posted

Great location for an event at the Castle

I was very happy to leave my car here for four days. The parking was ideal . It was just a 7 minute walk from my hotel . It was very very clean and it was safe and secure. Only using a QR code could get me back into the car park . Returning to my car though I didn't remember where I had left it ... but a really really helpful worker found my car for me. Whilst I was looking for my car I had left my daughter with our bags on another level . I said Thankyou to the worker for finding my car I was so grateful but then said I just need to find my daughter now .. when I left the car space the worker had found my daughter and was carrying the bags to my car !!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it !!!! I'm sure he was in his way home as well !! Thankyou David I'd definitely use this car park again ! ( but I'll make a note of where I've left my car !!!).

Couldn't find a way to get back in to the car park. No advice given. Had to enter via the car exit to be on time.

Easy to book & pay. As these services are. Plenty of parking slots. Difficult to find by car. Difficult to relocate pedestrian entrance. Re-entry is by QR Code (if you ever find the pedestrian entrance). Not very useful if your phone dies. No emergency telephone number on the board by the entrance.

Booking was fine. The Q car park entrance is bad, very narrow and tight. Difficult to even back up . Had to go over the kerb, with danger to alloys.

Well signposted but very tight to get into and around. Very handy for Edinburgh city centre.
