On our arrival at Haddon's Court, Edinburgh, there was a car in our allocated space, 2B. There was no indication on the car that it was there through JustPark. I contacted 'Jean' on 02033189792 and fortunately there was another space round the corner which I was advised to use; this I did. Had that space not been empty I don't know what would have happened. The 'rogue' car was in space 2B all week. Additionally, your information states that if assistance is required to try contacting Haddon on the above number and id unable to reach them to try your emergency number which is in fact the same number; this is hardly efficient and I would be loathe to use JustPark again.

Parking was as described. Easy to find with the directions and sat nav. I was a bit worried about a ticket as a traffic warden was on the street when I parked up, but no ticket. I was in a ix35 and room was fine. visited national

We found this space easily using Sat Nav and it was ready for us to park in. We saw friends during the day then went to the Festival Theatre in the evening which was only about a five minute walk from the parking space. I would recommend this parking system to other people.

Very poor service...the space was occupied when I arrived after the start time, and despite attempts to contact the owner, I was forced to pay at a nearby meter. So I ended up paying for justpark and a meter, which was very expensive. This is unacceptable and I will not use Justpark again. It does not even warrant a one star rating.

Great space. I'd use the picture to navigate by, as the instructions confused me a bit. But otherwise great! Used the space to go to the museum of Scotland, which was very close by.

Parking space was ready when we arrived and appeared to be safe. We we arrived there was a padlock on the post which was unlocked, so parked up and locked the padlock thinking the owner had left the padlock unlocked to let me in. As We got to the parking space after 6pm I could not contact anyone to check if the padlock would be unlocked when I returned to pick up the car a few days later. Next morning I contacted just park to check if the padlock would be opened for when I returned. I was told there should not have been a padlock on the post. Then they ask me if I was parked in the correct place(I followed the instructions given to me). Just park then contacted the owner who was some estate agent and said I should be dealing with Just park not them, but was kind enough to help me out on this occasion. However, I had to contact just park and the owner every day and it was literally hours before I returned to pick up my car that they had managed to remove the lock off the post to allow me to drive the car out of the parking space. This should have been a holiday for me but instead turned out to be very stressful as I was worried I would return back to my car after 6pm again and not be able to contact anyone for help. If you thinking of using Just park make sure you get clear instruction from them on who to contact both during office hours and outside office hours. Make sure you get the owners contact details too.
