The instructions for entry did not match the physical location. It turned out no keypad only what seemed to be a makeshift button. Grateful it was easy but took some puzzling skills to figure out. If it weren’t for the inside photos I never would have found the entry. Thank you for that.

The spaces are a bit small. I got the last space and the cars in front of, and behind me were partially over my space. Only just squeezed in with a small car and thoroughly checked it for damage when I left. Parking sensors going off continuously...

Great app. Managed to drive to Edinburgh for a show and pre book parking easily, which meant we could follow sat nav straight there with piece of mine there was a space pre booked.

The parking space was really difficult to find and once I found it, there were no parking spaces. I eventually managed to squeeze into what looked like the end of the lane and not in a marked space. For the first time using this service, I found it a bit stressful but got there in the end.
