I wrote to Ian to tell him somebody had put a screwdriver through my tyre when in his parking space. I asked him if there was any CCTV of the area but he didn't reply. He showed no concern or regret.
I suggest you don't use this space if you'd prefer to leave with 4 tyres intact.

Great space - once I found it. Highly recommended.
However I would urge the owner to update the description and imagery for new users as the app doesn't show true location.
Please be aware that the space is not behind Midsussex Timber, it's on the other side of the road, directly opposite in St Leonard's Park, and round the back of the building, to the right.
After a bit of driving around I found it but best to GoogleMap the location instead!
