I had an appointment at the University Students Union Office. This parking space claims to be 0.49 miles from the University, Google maps gives a 1.1mile walk. As it was raining, I ended up parking in the Multi-Story car park closer to the office and not using this parking space.

This is a comment on the system - nothing to do with the actual parking space.
The system is terrible, and in effect stole my money. Despite me sending various messages after booking, there were no responses. I did not get detailed info regarding the exact location until one hour beforehand. By this time I had had to give up, and found an alternative place to park. Ridiculously last-minute information, and awful that nobody responded to information requests sent via the website.
I would like my money refunded please. Thank,Robin Duckett
