Fab location but close to lots of bars and drunk people at night and I parked overnight. But absolutely nothing happened and car was fine in the morning.

Space was safe because it was daytime and street was busy.....got a parking ticket even although I was well within my allotted time.

I was unable to get back to my car to extend my stay manually due to an important meeting. Despite this, I knew I could use the app, especially after receiving a message telling me to extend my stay. After filling this out and adding payment details, I was then informed that I was unable to extend my stay.
This was annoying as it resulted in a £50 fine.
Next time, when you send a message inviting me to extend my stay, it would be great if I could actually extend my stay.

Only needed to park gir hakf an hour so it's very disappointing I needed to pay for 2 hours as no 1 hour option. Very expensive

Setting up the app to take regular parking payments was time consuming and eventually failed so I had to call the number. This whole process wasted over 20mins of my time and happened the last time I tried to set up the app.
Ringo is so quick and easy. Not sure why Dundee council opted for this clumsy system
