I was nearly cheated into paying for a subscription for a service called Appsility which I neither agreed to nor needed. As far as I can tell, it had nothing to do with JustPark so I don't know what happened. The JudtPark app isn't very user friendly either.

Nothing probably wrong with the system you have, it was the hotel. The initial booking failed to mention that they did not provide breakfast! This meant we moved our booking to another establishment outside Dorchester.
Council Car parking in Dorchester was very reasonable, so when we came to the town we used these car parks

Over complicated and pointless.
Far too expensive for what it was. Honestly be better of parking on the street tbh save yourself the money and no extra risk compared to this car park. No need to create accounts and set up payment plans for a car park.
