Lots of space.
Not far from the Royal Derby hospital which was helpful for when I had my appointment this morning.

It was hard to find the house number, when I parked the car was unsure whether it was the right location. Needs to be alot clearer. But if I was the correct location..?? The driveway was good loads of space and close to the hospital.
