The space is situated 10 minutes walk from the Friar Gate part of the town centre and 15 minutes walk from Kingsway retail park. Close to Mackworth too.
My house is behind some large secure gates and the space is part of the yard there. There is room for about 3 cars but i would leave the yard entirely for your cars use. A key would be provided for you so you can access the yard whenever you needed to.
I'd be happy for the use to be between the hours of 8-6 Monday-Friday. And i'm looking to rent the space from January-April 2011.
