Very easy to find, 15 minute walk to Derby County football stadium.
Only downside is a potential lengthy wait getting access to A52 after a match.

Quick response from the owner when I needed some advice. Got shown a quick shortcut to walk out of the estate, good space for football, would definitely use again.
