The key code isn't correct, the app stated 1966E but there wasn't an E on the keypad. It was only by chance after trying numerous endings that we saw someone had scratched a message on the gate post that said " # = ENTER AFTER CODE". The next issue came when we tried to exit after parking the car, the side gate was locked and we had no code to exit. We tried the same code, 1966# without any joy. I also rang Patrick twice but he didn't pick up. Eventually my partner climbed over the gate and keyed in the 1966# again. For future use please advise the correct code on the app, 1966#. And also give instructions on how to exit.

The space was occupied. I contacted Patrick, the previous owner and he informed me that he had given up the property and parking space 6 months ago. He had informed Just Park but they still allocating parking. I require a refund ASAP.
