PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING!
1 space located on Above Town in Dartmouth. I have listed the space as only being big enough to only fit a small car but as you can see, we can get our estate car in - but ( and this is a big but) we have been doing this for years and have the scrapes to show for it. Its an open sided garage with a side entrance 4.27M wide and its 1.9m high, plus there is a ramp as you drive in and you have to go in at an angle. We suggest letting any passengers out first and then reversing into the side entrance, keeping an eye open for not scratching the opposite garage door or your car! Once you are in, park behind the painted white line. Have a good look at all the photos and if you are not confident at reversing , this may not be the space for you.
You will be under cover so your car won't end up covered in seagull poo!

The space was a disaster and I had to give up after 2 days trying to park there. The photograph shows a medium sized Jaguar car in the space. What it doesn't show is that that car could not have been reversed in but was positioned there by the owner through their second car parking space. Obviously with another vehicle positioned where it was and the narrowness of the road it was impossible to reverse in and I had to drive in forwards which meant the back of the car was hanging over the edge with one wheel in the air due to the steep incline of the ridge into the space. To say it was stressful is an understatement and I feel I should not be charged for the days I did not use the space for.
I should be grateful if you would let me know how I can go about claiming this. Thank you.

We had enormous difficulty parking our Volvo XC90.
We were reassured by the photos of the owner's car in the space but in reality it was a nightmare.
Owner did come out to help ( thank you ) but it was all a bit traumatic.

Whilst it was a great relief to secure a space, it is tiny! ( I was unable to read previous reviews when booking and still have not read any.) Our car is fairly large and we managed to squeeze in but it required both of us to manoevre and direct and took around 3-4 minutes each time. Parking in Dartmouth generally seems difficult and the roads are extremely narrow

Vw Golf fitted into the space easily, it's a narrow road particularly towards the far end so I would suggest turning around and driving back out the same way you go in.

Great location and covered parking but ... the parking space itself was hardly big enough for my Tesla model 3. This was due to a combination of the very narrow street, the acute angle of the parking space (no room to turn and reverse in) and the raised garage floor making the manoeuvre in and out almost impossible. Best suited to small or medium size cars only.
