Parking on Critchley Avenue, DA1

Initially I made a booking for mon, tues, thurs & fri at the beginning if July. The first three days were fine but on the Friday there was a car parked in the space. I contacted the space owner and then went off to find alternative parking. Emailed Justpark who were very helpful and refunded me. I booked for the following week and everything was fine. Last weekend I booked for 2 weeks as it seemed a good arrangement. Unfortunately when I arrived today the car that had been in the space a couple of weeks previously was parked in the space leaving me with nowhere to park. I tried calling the space owner and left her a voice message, a few minutes later she called me back, sadly when I answered the phone she hung up on me, I tried calling her back and she didn't answer. I contacted Justpark who were very helpful, they're giving me a refund and have cancelled my next weeks booking without any problem.

I'm finding this very useful. I've just changed my job role and needed to find somewhere safe to park at a reasonable cost. Today is day two and I'm really glad I found 'your space'. I'm certainly considering booking it again. I don't feel I have to worry about going back to my car only to find I've upset somebody by taking 'their space' and finding its been vandalised. Thank you
